All our basins are hand-painted and fired in Jingdezhen, China — the historic home of porcelain. Each piece is painted by hand

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery time varies by destination (EU, UK, US) and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Q3: What if my basin arrives damaged?
We take extra care with packing — each basin is wrapped and protected with foam. If your order still arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will offer a free replacement or refund.
Q4: Is the faucet included?
The basin itself is included; the faucet and drain are not. We recommend pairing it with a brass or gold faucet for the classic look shown in our photos.

Each basin measures approximately 15.7 inches (40 cm) in diameter and 5.5 inches (14 cm) in height. Please note that as handmade items, each piece may vary slightly.
