Find Your Numbers
Your order number is in your order confirmation email. Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we send once your order is dispatched.

Track Your Parcel
Click the tracking link in your email, or copy the tracking number into the tracking page of the carrier that delivers your order. Updates appear once the carrier picks up your parcel.

If tracking hasn't updated or you have any questions, email us with your order number and we'll check it for you — we reply within 24 hours on business days.
Common Questions
My tracking number doesn't work — what should I do?
Tracking usually activates a short while after the carrier picks up the parcel. If it still shows nothing after 2–3 days, email us with your order number and we'll investigate for you.
Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number.
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
First check with neighbours or your building's mailroom — parcels are sometimes left there. If it's still missing, contact us within 14 days and we'll help you track it down or arrange a replacement.
