Orders & Shipping
Where are your products made?
All our pieces are hand-painted and fired in Jingdezhen, China — the historic home of porcelain and a UNESCO World Heritage craft capital. Every piece is painted by hand by local artisans.
Are your products really hand-painted?
Yes. Each basin, vase and pot is painted by hand and fired at high temperature in Jingdezhen. No mass-produced imitations — what you see is exactly what we promise.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected with foam before it leaves our workshop.
How long does delivery take?
Air shipping takes 7–9 days. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your country and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide? Is shipping free?
Yes, we ship worldwide with free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Do you provide order tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Products & Care
Is the faucet included with the washbasin?
The basin itself is included; the faucet and drain are not. We recommend pairing it with a brass or gold faucet for the classic look shown in our photos.
What size is the washbasin?
The blue-and-white washbasin measures approximately 15.7 inches (40 cm) wide. Every product page lists the exact dimensions of that piece.
Does it need special installation?
No special installation required. Our countertop basins sit directly on your vanity or counter — just place, connect the drain and enjoy.
How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. The smooth glazed surface keeps cleaning easy and lasts for years.
Returns & Support
What if my order arrives damaged?
We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement or refund — simply contact us with a few photos and we will resolve it promptly, no questions asked.
Can I return if I change my mind?
Yes. Non-quality-related returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the buyer.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll be notified by email when it's processed.
